I’ve created this to provide clear information about my setting of lights services, whether you're a customer from my website or third-party platforms. Before reaching out, please take a moment to read through these answers—most inquiries can be resolved here.

General Questions 

Do you practice dark, black, or malevolent magic for clients? 

No, my spiritual practice is grounded in the principles of light, love, and harmony. I work with energies that support healing, growth, justice, and positive change, ensuring a safe and uplifting experience for every client. To be clear, while I have the knowledge to work with black magic and may resort to it if absolutely necessary, I do not offer these services to clients. 

As a spellcaster do you worship the devil? 

No, I do not worship the devil. This misconception about witches has been perpetuated by the Christian church and modern media. 

Order Process & Services 

What happens after I place an order? 

After placing your order, you will receive a receipt from PayPal. There is no need to contact me directly to confirm receipt of your order, as I am notified by PayPal whenever an order is placed. I will email you once your candle services or group ritual is complete.

Will I receive photographs of the work you performed for me? 

Yes, you will receive photos of the work. All images will be emailed to the PayPal email address provided within 7 business days after your order is placed. For group rituals, photos will be emailed within 7 business days after the ritual is completed. However, please note that some group rituals are tied to specific holidays that may be further in the future, so photos may take longer to send in these cases.

What will I see in the photographs? 

For individual spells, your name and date of birth will be visible in the photos as your candle burns, ensuring transparency and confirming that the work was performed specifically for you.

For group rituals and honey jar work, you will receive photos of the ritual itself, allowing you to witness the collective magic in action. Please note that I do not send photos of carved candles or name papers.

What information do you require from me? 

The information required depends on the type of service you order. For stand-alone candle services, I only need your name and date of birth. For moon rituals, I will need your name, date of birth, and one intention you'd like to focus on during the ritual.

What if I don't receive an email from you within 7 days with my photos? 

I pride myself on fulfilling all orders. Please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders, as emails can sometimes be filtered into these categories. If you still can't find the email, please contact me, and I'll be happy to resend the information.

Service Policies & Customization 

Why don’t you accept petitions and only ask for name and date of birth? 

I don't accept petitions because clients often provide contradictory wishes, making it challenging to focus the energy effectively. The universe already knows your heart's desires. By requesting only your name and date of birth, I can align the work with your highest good.

Can I request a specific time for my spell or ritual to be performed? 

While I can’t guarantee specific times for most spells (which are typically completed within 7 days after your purchase), I do schedule Birthday Blessing Rituals according to your special day! However, I strive to complete all services promptly while ensuring each spell receives the integrity, focus, and energy it deserves. If you have a specific date or time in mind, please book in advance, then email me, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer custom spells or rituals? 

I do not offer custom spells or rituals at this time. The services I provide are thoughtfully crafted to address common areas of need and align with my spiritual practice.

Do you offer spiritual counseling? 

I no longer offer free spiritual counseling due to the high frequency of inquiries that can be easily answered through independent research. Additionally, I have observed that some individuals do not respect my time or follow my guidance—they often use my messages to unload personal trauma and engage in circular conversations.

Manifestation & Results 

How long will it take for my spell to manifest? 

Determining a precise timeframe is impossible because every situation is unique. Spiritual work isn’t always linear, and some situations may take time to fully shift.

Why don’t you offer guarantees? 

As a skilled spellcaster, I understand that spiritual work and manifestation are deeply personal and involve energies that are constantly in motion. While I always put my full effort into every service, the outcome depends on many variables.

How long do results last? 

The duration of results varies from person to person, as each individual's energy and circumstances are unique. No result is permanent because energy is always changing. Some results may require ongoing work or reinforcement to maintain.

I did a candle spell, why isn't my life perfect? 

No spell can make everything perfect, as life is full of ups and downs. However, candle spells can shift energy, open paths, and help you align with your intentions. While obstacles may still arise, you'll feel more empowered to navigate them with strength and resilience.

What can I reasonably expect from a spell or ritual?

You can expect subtle shifts that support positive change, increased clarity and focus on your goals, and new opportunities that align with your intentions. Spells and rituals can be a powerful catalyst for transformation, but results may vary and are not guaranteed. Your actions, intentions, and mindset also play a crucial role in achieving your desired outcomes.

What if I don’t feel like my spell worked?

It's natural to have doubts, but magic often works quietly, with gentle changes unfolding beneath the surface. Instead of concluding that your spell didn’t work, pay attention to changes in your mood, energy, and perspective. The universe works on its own timeline, and what seems like a delay could be a stepping stone toward something greater.

How often should I do candle spells?

The frequency of candle spells depends on your personal needs and intentions. Trust your intuition and listen to your inner guidance when deciding.

Can I combine your services with those from other spiritual workers?

Yes, you are welcome to engage in your own spiritual practice alongside my services or work with other spiritual practitioners. However, it’s essential to ensure that the energy and intentions of the practices do not conflict with each other. 

Do you do recasts? 

I do not offer free recasts. Each candle service involves significant time, energy, and resources, and I put my full effort into every spell. Think of it like going to a doctor—you wouldn't expect a repeat service at no additional cost. 

Refunds & Discounts 

Can I get a refund? 

Please note that all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds. When you place an order, you're agreeing to this policy. Carefully review your order before submitting payment to ensure it aligns with your needs.

Do you offer discounts on your spells? 

No, my spells are already underpriced for the value and energy involved. The prices reflect a significant discount, offering high-quality services at an accessible rate.
